Currently, the main way of contacting us for a faster response is via the web site, or email, on receiving your email, we may call you in response. We do offer contact via postal services, and do not offer contact via telephone.
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with guidance on email security. Most webmail such as Gmail and Hotmail use TLS by default.
We'll also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. You must ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
